[this update is only visible to close family and friends]
Our Tanzania family adventure this year begins on June 14.
I've now finally taken the time to create a share group for close family and friends, so this update is not publicly visible :)
We will be in Tanzania for 2 weeks. Our base will be a house between Bahari Beach and Kunduchi bay (just outside Dar es Salaam), kindly made available to us by a friend's father.
We are going on a safari trip to @[100005449448329:2048:Selous River Camp] between June 17-19 (we'll get to the park by aircraft). We will do a river safari on the Rufiji amongst hippos and crocs, a open-side car tour of the park and a walking safari in the park with a ranger.
Between June 22-25 we will be staying at @[196743533772639:274:Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa], relaxing, doing standup-paddle boarding and touring the island.
In between we will be visiting my old school, old house and make time for a day trip to the historic town of Bagamoyo.
On June 28 we fly back to Stockholm with KLM.
All our bookings have been made online, it's amazing how easy it is to compose your own trip these days.
Now we're just crossing our fingers for good weather and animals willing to show themselves.
