I enjoyed the interview with Barack Obama, and especially the segment with John Lewis, reminding us once again how instigating change is always accompanied by pushback and discomfort (and in Lewis’ case being on the receiving end of violence) - because there are always powerful people benefitting from the status quo. I’m thinking that more of us could use some practice in being and feeling uncomfortable, in order for us to better push for what we believe is right.
