It’s clear here how Facebook equates itself to a country. But ”free speech” does not mean you have to allow everything on your privately owned platform. It does mean that Facebook are free to NOT allow content that harms people. They have made their choice in this matter. x.com/facebook/statu…
Also, the quip about ”both the left and the right” is particularly worrisome. Nobody is saying that misinformation or hate speech is ok either way. But Facebook are also not likely students of the paradox of intolerance.
Developers, web designers, geeks. Lend me your ears. Do you want to avoid long words breaking your designs on mobile? Insert a soft hyphen where the word is allowed to break.
