@AsaMariaHedberg Ja, jag ställer inte mycket hopp till att republikanerna i senaten ändrar uppfattning. Men min egen tes är att hans hälsa kommer sätta käppar i hjulet för honom att fullfölja en 4-årsperiod till. Det blir då Pence som tar över. Inget eftersträvansvärt heller 😬

@AsaMariaHedberg Om han behåller hälsan någorlunda och inte gör bort sig vansinnigt allvarligt under den här perioden så kommer han sannolikt sitta kvar och vinna valet nästa år.
En bra genomförd rättegång har dock lite potential att förändra opinionen hos väljarna.

@AsaMariaHedberg Inom 30 min. Han kommer bli impeached idag i "huset" som bara kräver enkel majoritet. Demokraterna har redan majoritet i huset. Det blir sedan en rättegång med början nästa år, som kan ta 2-8 veckor. Sedan röstar senaten där republikanerna styr, och det måste vara 2/3 majoritet.

Important point about "vulnerable people" is that it's not inherent qualities that makes anyone vulnerable, but rather how someone is treated, or ignored, by society and those with power and privilege.
