A recent job posting made the rounds on Twitter. It's a general job advertisment hoping to attract entry-level (0-2 years experience) as well as experienced UX specialists to Nielsen Norman Group. The reason it was talked about is because of its elitist and ableist language. I read it, felt deeply disturbed by it and could not leave it uncommented. These are my reactions and thoughts.

The Human Library. A chance to unjudge someone. Borrow a person instead of a book and listen to their personal story for 30 minutes.
I love this concept. Started in Denmark in 2000 and now human library events have been hosted in more than 80 countries.

@HERO_Respondi My take: One easily gets entrenched in blanket statements w/o defining what regulation is in focus and what we mean by innovation. If something stifles harmful innovation, I'm all for it :)
Play can certainly discover harm but one often needs regulation to be watchful of it.
