Peak notification everybody. x.com/beantin/status…

People asking for help re #HurricaneHarvey. After help is received people still retweet. @Twitter needs to add edit functionality.
Interesting that "giving the user control" is not mentioned. x.com/uxsouthafrica/…
Right now I have a chapter in my book outline entitled "Peak Notification".
As many users don't know how to turn off notifications they are deleting entire apps.
There is a limit for notifications and there is a limit for number of apps.
Apps that misuse notifications also reduce the level of trust for apps in general.

@per_p You could be closer to the truth than you think. Lots of planning done before this.
Finally started for real on my book today. 1,000 words down. 69,000 to go.

Allt gott!

@gkionify There has to be a need. People gather like flies around it. I just haven't figured it out :)
Looking for alternatives to LinkedIn. What need does it really solve? Perhaps it's time to build something that works. Who's with me? 😀

How do you all save recipes that you find online?
How are the rest of you x dot ai users finding it? I'm not feeling it is a timesaver actually.
