Been experimenting with having my mobile and desktop screens set on greyscale. It's truly amazing what a relief it is to not be constantly subjected to bright red attention grabbers. #calmtech
On desktop I'm still searching for a keyboard shortcut to toggle this.

@KluddNiklas Ah, det visuella segrar igen! Grymt.

@KluddNiklas Det svåra är nog bara att frammana samma bild hos en svensk målgrupp som den amerikanska varianten av ordet. Jag har själv aldrig sett dessa bås på en svensk arbetsplats.

@Hellchick Hi Caryn. I sent you a message using the web form on your website a while ago but didn't hear back. This may obviously be because you don't want to talk, but I just wanted to double-check that the web form wasn't acting up. Thanks, /Per

@flyosity I love Ikigai but I would argue that ”What you can be paid for” is a western addition that has no roots in the original concept. Ikigai can be taking care of one’s children or any of your hobbies. It is what makes you feel alive, not what brings you an income.
@flyosity ”Finding the answers and a balance between these four areas could be a route to ikigai for Westerners looking for a quick interpretation of this philosophy. But in Japan, ikigai is a slower process and often has nothing to do with work or income.” weforum.org/agenda/2017/08…
Watch @garyyounge interview Richard Spencer - it’s chilling - and read the article for insights about the sense of loss experienced by white America.
I am hugely impressed by Younge as he tries to make sense of Spencer. theguardian.com/us-news/2017/n…

@inkblurt What a great summary. Completely agree.
@inkblurt Still wrapping my head around how apt it appears that Wakanda recognizes USA, of all the countries in the world, as the country in most dire need of their aid.

I don’t even know how to comment this... except maybe that national egotism has never been more clearly on display. I guess in a way it’s positive how transparent this line of reasoning is becoming. x.com/ggreenwald/sta…
The two web browsers I use since a while back are Safari and Opera. Am out of reasons to use any others I believe.
(Yes, obviously for prototype testing but that’s another story.)
