@Emil_Mauritzson It's a social network simulator where I am the only human and have a million bots who are obsessed with me. 😂

I joined Botnet and you won’t believe what happened next.
My post: ”The act of harming people has never been more efficient than today thanks to automation. Yay...”

Excuse the lack of ALT text, I shall provide in follow-ups.

Reading the students' reviews of my 3-week Ethics in Design course and literally crying over all their positive words. This course is what I am most proud of making throughout my career. No contest. This is my ikigai.
And made even better by guest appearances by @janeruffino, @katherinemzhou, @beantin, Sara Lidbaum and Jonas Söderström. 🙏❤️
There are few things in my career I am as proud of as implementing and teaching the Ethics in Design course. It's a 3-week course at Nackademin, part of a two year vocational program to become a UX Designer. Very few educational programmes take ethics seriously, and this one has decided to do so in a really big way.
If you want to employ UX Designers who are well-versed in reflective reasoning, documentation and visualizing insights around well-being and impact of products and services, you want to be looking in this direction.
Huge thank you to all guest speakers who not only bring important puzzle pieces for understanding the wide spectrum of responsibilites as a designer, but also help illustrate that this is a significant focus area for many designers today. One that is, thankfully, becoming ever harder to ignore.
Ever since the latest Dashlane update (where they updated the brand logo and colors), my passwords are not syncing between iPad, iPhone and Mac. Anyone else experiencing this? It’s very frustrating.

I like the reasoning in this article around how humans often pursue things that reduce happiness. x.com/opinion/status…

@jonathansulo @GoDaddy True, but I’m using them only for a TLD that I couldn’t register in Sweden. Which is likely also why they had no idea they were suggesting a domain to the person who owns it.
@jonathansulo Anyway, this experience gave me material for my ethics course and I got a good reminder to delete my account there asap. :)

I encourage people to keep tabs on GoDaddy’s ”misfiring algorithm”.
I’ll happily include any examples sent to me when I teach on ethics in tech and design. x.com/GoDaddyHelp/st…
Still, rather impressive to code a system that can read a date, not only interpret November as February, but also interpret a non-available domain as available, and send out a marketing e-mail based on this. And when called on it, call the error an unintentional misfire. 😂😭
So this is some corrupt deceit by @godaddy. An e-mail telling me that axbom.com is available to register today. I’ve owned that domain since 1998 and it’s nowhere close in time to the renewal date. It got me stressed, made me click, and made me furious. Bravo.

If anyone is wondering what the asterisk indicates, the text is basically ”This message is no guarantee for specific domain name availability, just that they were available February 7.”
Just blatantly false.

Wash your hands. It’s just always good advice.
