@nickseguin @thoresson It was more for the setting where I was asked how many minutes after I put down my phone I am awake. The iPad knows how long that can be.
But likely I will try getting into the routine of wearing the watch.

@bjornfant I collected some of these years ago but have no idea where they ended up. What I remember is the best ones offered more options for frequency, an rss feed and/or a "pause", as in stop sending for 6 months and then send again.

@lrb23 I hosted my weekly room on Clubhouse (after missing last week) on tips for inclusive conversations, even though I thought I was going to cancel again for being "too tired". Turned out great, and met new wonderful people who gave me new insights.
