I was moved by the singing in sign language scene from Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist. As the music started I thought ”oh no they’re gonna make Abigail (a deaf woman) sing, that’s not good” but then she sang in ASL. Powerful. 🙏❤️ The song is ”Fight Song” by Rachel Platten. And the actress playing Abigail is Sandra Mae Frank, who I’ve now learnt is deaf and is someone I should be more aware of. I’ve added The Silent Hour to my watch list.
Yes, I’m late to the game watching this show but I’m really enjoying it.
