@emilymbender I also did a double-take on the use of the phrase ”self proclaimed”. That newsletter was clearly written to discredit and try to save face. It’s quite obnoxious how some of these people got into bed with a movement that denies the severity of the climate crisis (and worse) and are adamant in arguing why finding ”common ground” with them is the best choice.
