Seen lots of ads for UXPin but never used it. I will always argue that the browser is the only way of knowing how it will behave in the end. And will save sooo much time. But it's obviously not for all designers.
Also saved a lot of time like Beantin by just sitting next to a dev and talking our way through it.
I do feel that a lot of wireframe and prototype builders are missing out by not knowing about Keynotopia or the benefits of just going hardcore presentation software.
Some prototypes I've built have been Keynote documents with clickable elements that bring the user to different pages. When I export that to PDF all the click actions are maintained, so I have a clickable prototype contained within a PDF that I can send around to clients. It's super quick.
I really should do a course on this, it's pretty nifty.

I'm very curious about your first post now. "Moving" from Figma to Balsamiq. Is it an actual move or a project where it makes more sense to use Balsamiq?
