I don't use the LinkedIn app on my phone. However, the phone interface is missing some features… such as viewing reposts, or liking as a page. The interface tells me to install the app.
Except! If you choose "Request Desktop Site" in your mobile browser you get a full responsive version of the desktop site that can do everything.
So bizarre. Why even build the mobile version... oh wait, unless it's to force app installs? 😜
That should indicate how immensely valuable it is for LinkedIn if you install the app.
