Yesterday I spent at least 2 hours sorting out my Microsoft account problems (same email address attached to a personal and a business account). Nothing is intuitive or coherent, not even changing the email for an account.
Microsoft also made me think I had to change my email MX records and switch to their email hosting in order to attach my domain name to my Teams account. Not true, I managed to do that without DNS changes (except for a simple TXT record).
