Man förstod att det inte skulle bli bra. Att det skulle gå så här snabbt, till de här ytterligheterna och helt fruktansvärda beteenden helt i det öppna, är som en spark i magen. Man söker efter en samlande politisk motkraft som också kan prata ärligt om det som händer.

I've always wondered how much of it is by default, but in this case the design decision would be to refrain from addressing the assertiveness - as its effects would be evident in user observation and testing.

I think what always helped me is that I primarily write for myself, things that I find important or interesting. And then through this expression I find people whose interests align with mine. Or, I write to teach a concept that I've learned people struggle with.
The uniqueness isn't the topic, I think. It's how your voice comes across when you talk about the topic.

I would say Ghost is just as simple for publishing but a bit pricey if you don't self-host it. It's what I've been using and recommending for blogging for some years now.
There's also Posthaven

Both of those are focused on letting you get on with just writing.
