Ja det fluktuerar en hel del för mig också märker jag. Samt att det snart är jul och användningen går ner automatiskt inför allt stök. Men det är också oerhört tidigt i användningen känner jag. Allt kan hända, och det är ju också lite kittlande 😁

Då vill jag passa på att påminna om hur lite el en LED-slinga drar. Jag var själv aningen nervös förra året och gjorde lite research… De flesta uppskattningar landar på att det kostar ungefär 6 kronor att ha en 10m-slinga tänd i en månad (31 dagar).

Geoffrey Hinton winning a Nobel prize was not great for educating on the real risks of machine learning.
Commentators on tv and radio here in Sweden are now on and off continuously about AI having to be reigned in because it’s getting smarter than us.
Anyway, today is the Nobel Day.
I subscribe to an image bank because I want to support creators. Now even the image banks are pushing ”AI” for just about everything. 😩
Recommendations for ethical image banks that have creator/artist/photographer wellbeing in mind are welcome.

Couldn’t agree more. And an astounding example here also of Newton responding reflexively without reading.

At first the entire piece felt fake, but then seeing Newton double-down like this and responding without reading, and failing to give examples of people who argue the way he posits, is just all very unsettling.
